Enjoy local mushroom bisque, wild Alaskan halibut cheeks, and Burgundian braised beef tips. Join us for an unforgettable dining experience, thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef, Chris Mushall.

    Freshly baked cheese puffs with Leelanau Cheese Company raclette
    Paired with Tonight Brut Bubbly

    Hors d'Oeuvres
    Local mushroom bisque with Shiitake, Lions Mane, and Oyster mushrooms with a hint of cream
    Paired with Pinot Noir

    Pan-seared wild Alaskan Halibut cheeks over wine-braised lentils whole grain mustard cream, wild arugula, and heirloom tomatoes
    Paired with Dry Rosé

    Burgundian braised beef tips, aromatic herbs, and vegetables, with roasted potato puree and aged white cheddar gratin
    Paired with Naughty Red

    Dessert
    Cast iron skillet baked cherry custard topped with Chantilly cream
