We're breaking all the rules and co-hosting brunch in the afternoon with The Towne Plaza. 3rd course: Beef tenderloin, bacon, ham, and mushroom stuffed puff pastry topped with a poached egg and smoked fontina cream sauce ~Wine: 2016 2896 Brut Rose, Langley
4th course: Small stack of buttermilk pancakes, topped with whipped Fromage blanc, fresh fruit, granola, and Michigan maple syrup ~Wine: Brix
