A Taste of Spring Wine Dinner at Bonobo Winery

    Come join us in celebrating spring and our newly released wines for a spring-inspired, five-course tasting dinner paired with our new 2019 vintage white wines. The dinner will be held on Saturday, April 25th, with seating at 7:00 PM. The cost is $80 per person or $70 per person for wine club members, with tax and gratuity included.     • 1st Course: Gnudi with Asparagus Puree and Chanterelles; 2019 Pinot Blanc
    • 2nd Course: Vichyssoise; 2019 Pinot Gris
    • 3rd Course: Mushroom and Brie Almond Crusted Puff Pastry with Avocado Puree; 2019 Chardonnay C
    • 4th Course: Roasted Lamb with Strawberry Dijon Crust over Mint Pea Puree; 2019 Rosé
    • 5th Course: Spiced Mascarpone Crepe with Blackberry Coulis; Coffee
