    Experience Chateau Chantal’s fourth annual "Fire and Ice Wine Dinner", rescheduled for February 27, 2021. Each course of the dinner will pair synergistically with a wine hand-selected by our vintner. Satiate your palate with dishes paired harmoniously with all three of our ice wine products: Vidal ice wine, Entice (our port-style ice wine), and our “ liquid gold“ estate bottled ice Wine. Other wines will also be featured during the dinner to deliver an experience that is unmatched. This price includes food, wine, tax, and tip.

    Menu:

    • Fresh baked gougères: Savory baked cheese “puff” with gruyere and raclette cheeses; featured wine: Tonight
    • Costal rock shrimp: Florida rock shrimp with coconut - red curry, San Marzano tomatoes, aromatic vegetable stock, and coriander; featured wine: TBD
    • Prosciutto wrapped fig: Mission fig stuffed with smokey blue cheese, prosciutto d’ parma, fava Sprouts, and finished with local cherry honey; featured wine: Late Harvest Riesling
    • Friutte di mare: Prince Edward Island mussels, littleneck clams, and a garlic, lemon butter wine sauce with a toasted baguette; featured wine: Proprietor’s Reserve Chardonnay
    • Bubbly cherry “float”: Cherry sorbet with Bubbly Cherry Sparkling Wine
    • Terre et Mer: Grilled filet mignon topped with butter poached white shrimp, Lakeview Hills Farms baby spinach over Truffle Potato Puree, and finished with a glace di viande; featured wine: Reserve Malbec
    • Chateau winter salad: Blood orange supremes, fresh fennel, and roasted local beets and fava sprouts drizzled with a tarragon herb vinaigrette; featured wine: Cabernet Franc Ice Wine
    • Apple cobbler: Michigan apples, cinnamon, and vanilla baked with a buttery cobbler dough and house spun vanilla bean custard and Vidal ice wine syrup; featured wine: Estate Ice Wine
