It's time for Phil Kline's Unsilent Night at LFC!

Unsilent Night was created by Phil Kline in 1992 in NYC and has since grown to be a worldwide phenomenon! The event is a free, outdoor participatory sound sculpture of many individual parts played through a roving swarm of smartphones and maybe a boombox or two (Unsilent Night app is available in your app store); all carried through a cloud of sound which is different from every listener's perspective.
Each person is asked to bring their own portable musical device (cell phone and bluetooth speaker recommended!) to carry along the walk through The Village at Grand Traverse Commons property. Dress for the weather! No registration is required.

    Schedule of Events:
6pm - Gather for Unsilent Night at the Tasting Room
6:30pm - Start of sound sculpture and walk
    7:15 - 8pm - Glass pours and bottles available
