The Resolution Run 5K Run/Walk is a family-friendly, community-focused event. The course runs through beautiful downtown Traverse City, starting and finishing at Little Fleet; one of downtown’s favorite spots for dining and entertainment. Proceeds from the Resolution Run 5K go to Norte!
Winter Warm-Up with the Wineries of Old Mission Peninsula - January 13
Beat the winter blues with the Wineries of Old Mission Peninsula. Savor delectable comfort food creations paired with wine – a duo sure to warm the insides. A variety of Old Mission Peninsula-based restaurants and businesses are getting in on the fun, too. They'll offer dining and retail specials for event guests. Make it a weekend retreat!
Experience the magic of our wineries covered in a glistening blanket of snow, while warming up with savory soups and hearty chilis paired with delicious Pinot Noirs, Rieslings, Chardonnays and more!
Interlochen alumni return back to their hometown and the stage at the Corson Auditorium for a not-to-be-missed performance. The Accidentals have two independent albums and have recently been signed by Sony Masterworks for the album, "Odyssey."
Shanty Creek hosts many of the Michigan Special Olympics Winter Games on the slopes at Schuss Village. Spectators welcome!
Festival of Foods – February 3
You'll love this day of demonstrations and food discovery at Hagerty Center, overlooking Grand Traverse Bay. Area chefs and speciality food businesses will be dishing up cooking tips and techniques, while you enjoy tasty samples.
North American Vasa Festival of Races – February 10-11
The North American Vasa Festival of Races is a premier cross-country ski event hosting a 50k, 27k, 12k, and 6k races through the stunning Vasa Pathway.
Taste the Passion – February 11
Winter Wonderland is here, and there’s “snow” much fun to be had along the trail! Gather your friends and embark on an adventure of snow-covered vineyards and sweet & savory bites paired with superb wine varieties.
Romancing the Riesling- February 17
Traverse City was first put on the "wine country" map for the wonderful Rieslings that are produced in the area - and this event pays tribute to those wonderful wines!
Winterlochen – February 17
Winterlochen is Interlochen’s annual family-friendly outdoor festival celebrating all things winter! Featuring a full day of hands-on experiences geared toward families.
The Birdland All-Stars featuring Tommy Igoe - February 25
The Birdland All-Stars have been thrilling audiences at “The Jazz Corner of the World” for the last 10 years.
