Administrative Assistant

Job Description: 

Part-time position, 15-20 hours per week, to support Traverse City Tourism’s marketing team and assist in a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. 

Traverse City Tourism is seeking a qualified candidate with excellent administrative assistant skills and 2+ years of administrative support experience. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing support for the marketing team and assisting in daily office needs such as answering incoming calls, managing the reception area, mail processing, and various office communications. Applicant must have the ability to prioritize projects, possess excellent communications/customer relations and attention to detail skills, be knowledgeable in all phases of office procedures, proficient in Office 365 including Word, Excel, and Outlook and a desire to work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
