The Traverse City Wolves play in the Great Lakes Region in the Northern Conference of the North American Football League. The NAFL was founded in 1999 and consists of close to 60 teams in 4 conferences in the United States and Canada.
Regular Season for the NAFL runs from June through September. Teams play 10 games, 5 home and 5 away. The season schedule is typically released in March. Postseason Playoffs include 32 teams competing for the NAFL Championship.
In their first Season the Wolves went 7-3 and were Division Champs. The Wolves would advance to the 3rd round of the playoffs where they would see their season end.
Six players earned a trip to the All-Star game in Miami. Where they showcased their talents to scouts from the NFL, AFL, CFL, and many Colleges.
